Here's a link to the old thread - someone locked it so we can't bump it but the anniversary is coming up in a couple of weeks...

Parental Advisory:  If you live in Nashville, Northern Middle TN, or most of Eastern TN do not access this thread.

If you are in Western or Southern Middle TN then you can safely open the thread and reminisce.

Yeah. This one hurt bad. Snowed in every direction all around here except right up I-75 in the Valley.

One of my favorites. I think I ended up with about 9" and some of the heaviest rates I've ever seen. Unfortunately, most of it fell overnight.

90% of the fun is watching it fall, even being out in it, so I understand that disappointment.

Ended up with about a foot in Arlington (while Memphis Intl had 3 inches) with drifts knee high. 40 was closed from Jackson to Arlington and left hundreds of cars stranded overnight. The heaviest amounts were reported in Oakland TN with 18 inches. It was fast and furious.

Iím too lazy to get out and film much anymore but this was IMBY.

Once you are above 2"hr snowfall rates , its pretty insane. 3-4" is absolute insanity.
