The lingering lighting was incredible watching from downtown. It went on for a solid hour or longer. Those storms really went electrical as they moved in/through the Blue Ridge Mtns.

Feisty storms coming his evening. Quite a few close positive lightning strikes. Power went out briefly.

Ahh, what do they know. I just bought a couple new plastic sleds after the kids busted up the last ones with all the sleet sledding last Feb. Feeling confident.

Warm and wet. Lovely. Might have to finally buy that SAD light box I've been eyeing the past few winters.

The SPC mentions a supercell event is possible in the Ozarks on Sunday.  May have to watch Sunday Night to make sure nothing treks into far western KY/TN but instability should be much weaker and the storms would have lined up by then.

I think as many systems are this time of year, it's a central ms and alabama threat for now, but do need to pay attention
