I'm in KY for 2 more weeks.. And wouldn't you know it, we get pea-sized hail for several minutes along with SEVERAL CTG strikes in my immediate area. Power flickered long enough to reset the internet in my hotel.

It is going to be a fun one.  But not as much as our last one!  But still glad our friends from the east get some snow.  Let’s bring on spring in a few!

Bring on some more winter. One 3 inch snow and good 7-10 days of cold isn’t enough yet!  ::popcorn:: ::guitar:: ::snowman::

I've lived here for 46 years and I havent had a winter yet where I thought, ok that is enough winter...because those 95 degrees seem like they drag on forever....so keep winter coming.

I agree, I have lived in Montgomery County my entire 59 years. I have never felt that way either. And certainly not in January.😆 ::snowman::

Of course i want more snow :) But i am not gonna look a gift-horse in the mouth. Plenty of winters we get  nothing at all, and now 3 of the past 4 winters we have score a significant snowstorm. 21 and 22 we had multiple events....If nothing else happens i cannot be mad with 6-7 inch snowstorm. But I always like to get 2 or 3 events a season and hoping we score at least one mor 4-6 type event to put me over double digits again this season :)

I can see how someone who lives in the north and is use to snow may get sick of winter, but as rare as it is in the south, I am greedy and always want more snow and cold.
I will take a 20 degree snowy day over a 40 degree rainy one any time.

Just saw lightning while walking the dogs. Sure enough there are some convective thundershowers around with temps in the mid 40’s.

Absolutely nowhere in the forecast either.
