Between 3 and 9 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is already occurring. This is a FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for Houston, Humphreys, Hickman, and Dickson Counties. Looks like the area around McEwen has maxed out the scale on dual pol storm total rainfall. Over 17”. That’s insane.
Very similar to the flooding we saw in Mississippi back in June.
