We didn't quite get to the temperature we were expected.  Topped out around 92-93, but the dewpoints made up for it and created heat index values near 110F.

Instead of a 97/73 day we had a 92/80 day which is probably even worse than the 97/73 day.

Same here except the humidity also stayed down. Topped out at 95/68. Forecast high was 99. I hope that pans out tomorrow as well. I’m spending the entire day outside performing inspections on the new I-24/I-75 split. Pretty much the hottest largest expanse of concrete in the southern valley. Forecast heat index is 108.

I’d move. Like tomorrow.

The nocturnal MCS that moved through NE TN really helped us out today. Heat index peaked at 103. Without it we would have been 105+. We nearly tied our record high minimum temp last night. Only dropped to 77. Record is 78.
