But what pokes holes in that is the VERY available video evidence of terrain having no significant affects on tornadoes on 4/27/2011, as an example. Unless there is some definitive, concrete evidence that the relatively gentle bluff that Memphis has over the River impacting tornado genesis or path continuation across the river, I would say it’s more chance than anything else. It says there could be a correlation but it’s not clear cut as some folks in Memphis like to think. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
