February 17-18 Winter Storm (Verifed Event)

Well, the thawing bit my parents in north Murfreesboro in the a$$. Ice dam sent water into the sheetrock for their bedroom, garage, & entry foyer. Also means new gutters & roof, again, but first time it was not caused by severe weather.

Working from home, I've already had (2) separate guys knock on my door (despite the no solicitation sign) wanting to do roof/gutter inspections. Seems like the scammers are working hard already trying to drum up business.

Yeah- there was a near miss of a tornado or at least wind damage or hail around here a couple of years ago, and a roof guy came by suggesting we might have incurred damage that's not visible. 

I'm like- no, I think we're fine.
