HRR sure wants to throw up a lot of freezing fog tonight across the area as a snow pack starts to give off moisture. Should be interesting to see if this happens. Tomorrow mornings commute if anybody hast to go to work it

I have a drift close to 5 feet myself.  I mean, it was really a great event but we barely missed the bullseye on this.  When people say it can't snow multiple feet here, I say that areas that even get a lot less snow have pulled this off. Check this out:

Put on my big snow boots and
I boarded the plane
Touched down in the land of the Delta Blues
In the middle of the freezing rain

Snow up high
Won't you pour down over me
Yeah, I got some accretion
But I'm as blue as a boy can be

I have a snow/sleet drift that's not quite as impressive. It's like 1 meter high.

Thanks to the assist from the higher sun angle these days, slowly shoveled the driveway today. Worked it from both ends about 2 feet at time, take a break let the sun and exposed driveway do its thing for about 30-45 minutes, loosen up the next couple feet for shoveling and clear that off. Good workout and you don't need a jacket.

Today was like a Colorado day Memphis.  We got the beach chairs out, grabbed some beers, and took the kids sledding.  I did more sitting & sipping while the kids did more sledding but I didn't even need a jacket today...just a fleece and some ski pants.  It was a beautiful day out there on the Memphis slopes.

The pot hole on 24 right at the Almaville exit heading towards Murfreesboro needs to be addressed immediately.  There are vehicles all over the side with flat tires and bent rims.  It
