Spotty accumulations on 48 between Charlotte and Clarksville. Nothing on the ground in Clarksville as of 5:00 pm. Once again, small mesoscale features FTW...the winter of hit or miss episodes continues. Stormnine, hit it on the head in the sense timing could have helped; however, I still think 0.5" would have been the ceiling in that scenario. Still a pretty drive when the snow was falling. Biggest flakes of the year IMO.
