I'm enjoying the meltdown over on the mid-Atlantic forum. Misery loves company.

They had some words for the people in NY and PA when that Nor'easter hit.

The Northeast/Mid-Atlantic rivalry on that forum is infamous. They like to troll each other. It's high grade entertainment whenever a coastal storm rides up there to see who gets shut out. The abrasive roasting is something else.

I haven't been there in a long time, but I know that's how it used to be.

They can be trashier than SouthernWx. But not quite as crazy, if that makes sense.

  They made really great light sabers... as long as you dueled from a distance.  I kept one in our freezer for about a year in the late 1970's, along with a couple of snowballs and some large hail.  My mother was a patient woman.

This winter sucks although not to the level of last winter or 2011-12 but is probably 3rd or 4th if we don't pull a miracle.  I can't wait till I actually have free time and I can write about Western KY and TN getting 3 feet of snow even though it is impossible it is the best we can do nowadays.

This current weather pattern is just plain lame as far as interesting weather goes. We seem to be stuck at 45-50 degrees which is seasonable I suppose but I sure miss that late night weather model watching!
