El Busto #3 this season for my backyard.
God, that really does blow. I'm sorry man.
Thats life. As The Stranger in Big Lebowski said, "Sometimes you eat the bear and sometimes the bear eats you".
We are so, so, so overdue for a big dog. We need a statewide storm that will dump 6-12" from Memphis to the Tri-Cities. A storm that will start in Dallas, get amped in Little Rock, and patch up those snow holes in West TN, northern Middle, and SE TN.
you would loved the winter of 85 dude . It was awsome
Back then (mid 80s), every kid in my neighborhood owned a sled. Not the disc kind, the old school kind with metal runners. We were sledding all the time. Different time in many ways.
i still have my old metal sled my mother got me in the fall 76... that winter 77 got plenty use out of it for sure . To this day it
During the 60s when I was under 10 years old we seemed to have lots of snow. We used the sleds on the streets & had these saucers we used on the grass areas. We would pack the snow down hard with the saucers & they would fly down the path. Sometime we would find a place with a good dip & the saucer would go airborborne. This all continued through my teenage years in the 70s.
These times are depressing. I hate these snowless, warm winters. And some aren't even that warm. Just snowless.
We had a small creek at the bottom of a big hill, that of course we all tried to jump.
