Seems like temps undercut overnight. OHX was showing a low of 36.Well, Smyrna airport is showing a current temperature of 29 degrees a few minutes before 7:00.
Yep got a good feeze and another coming tomorrow night. This November has been far from a torch in my opinion. I think some of ya'll are starting to lose it from old age.
Weird response. Just noting that temperatures were colder than forecast overnight, that's all. Yes, November has been warmer than normal up to this point.
Wasn't directed at your response. Just stating 3-4 days of warm last week and everyone was up in arms yelling torch and cancel winter. Just busting people's balls on here. Schneezy is easy to bust lol. Ive lurked on here for years and most posters tend to inflate everything.
December 20th to January 15th. Be our best shot score a nice winter storm ... calling it now January 3rd major winter storm for most state wide .. dominated mainly by sleet .. but after the mid of January ... mmmm do I even have to tell u. Lol
In the meantime, is anyone else eyeing potential severe weather Thanksgiving week? The GFS hints at one or two strong fronts moving through next week. This may be of concern as we draw near.
I'm watching next week's weather closely as it will have a big impact on our Thanksgiving plans. We have friends who aren't traveling the way they usually do because of COVID so will be hosting here, IF the weather is dry and we can have tables set apart from each other out on our patio. We can keep a fire in our chiminea and manage if the temps are a bit chilly, but if it rains we're out of luck.
i got my eye out around that period too strong trough coming down on euro around turkey day . Going negative tilted
