Approaching right at 4 inches just west of CKV. It has been a blue collar effort. Would love to get another afternoon enhancement band before leaving. Still a fine somewhat steady snow is falling.
Some beautiful pictures coming out of Middle TN...congratulations. Well overdue. Enjoy it!Meanwhile, in the snow desert of Memphis (haha), another moderate band has set up across the river and looks to push into Shelby/DeSoto over the next hour or two. Not sure what the precip type is but can assume snow. If so, may drop a quick half inch.
I'm measuring 4 to 5" in different spots..we'll call it 4.5". Looking at the radar at 6am this morning I thought it would be more but the good stuff set-up just to the west of me. It wasn't 1988 or 2003....but no complaints. Enjoyed every flake.
Congrats Snowdog. I thought last night that things would work out up that way.
That snow band west of Nashville moving east could give you another inch before all is said and done.
