Man here in Paris, it's pouring snow. I'd say about 2 inches

To enjoy things in life that are good, you first must endure things that suck!

Probably gotten about a half inch in the last hour here. Rates aren't quite as high as I would have expected. But if ratios pick up towards the end, I think 6 is possible in downtown Nashville. Maybe 7.

I'm about to get a piece of those heavy returns.  I'll report what it is, although I wonder if it will be sleet.

I can confirm sleet mixing in in Almaville (Smyrna). Almost all sleet
Still cold rain at 24 and Almaville, at least IMBY.

Closer to an inch on my driveway.
Earth transforms sunlight's visible light energy into infrared light energy, which leaves Earth slowly because it is absorbed by greenhouse gases. When people produce greenhouse gases, energy leaves Earth even more slowly raising Earth's temperature. http://www.howglobalwarmingworks.org/

Total dud so far here in SE Shelby. Grass is barely white and radar trends are depressing. On to work it appears...

You should see sleet soon.  I am all sleet now.  I am 5 miles to the west.

Very obvious transition line on CC right now. Looks like everyone north and west of a wobbly line from Mt Juliet to Lavergne to Franklin to just south of Fairview is all snow

I can hear a pellet or two every now and then on the roof but nothing consistent yet. But it's near!

Heavy snow here Bellevue. This thing is just getting cranking. There will be some gaps and such over the next several hours. It looks like the radar is filling in tho.

HRRR wants to paint a good line right over BNA.  Also, things stuck fast.  So much for ground temps eating some accums.

Memphis got the shaft. Little Rock did great and so will Nashville.
