We have definitely iced over here. No sign of sleet or snow yet though. All ZR.

Based on the zone forecasts (hourly weather graphs),  MEG has 3 hour window of gusts > 35 with snow.   

That's a blizzard!   

I wonder if they means the warning is coming.

I wonder if we will see any upgrades to the warnings from MEG or OHX with the next forecast package? Tishomingo and Prentiss in ne Miss for MEG and OHX's southwestern counties like Wayne and Lawrence would be possibly good candidates for an upgrade based on some projected amounts that I've seen.

I have no idea but I'm guessing upgrades coming from MEG based on the zones.

Little Rock ended up with 6" in 3 hours.

Very heavy sleet and medium to large flakes in eastern Dickson.
.25-.3 inch of ice accumulation previous.

After a 1/2 inch of ice ,just about a complete change to 100% snow. Roads are a complete disaster.

We have a .10" of ice and it has completely covered our leftover snow from Wednesday like a blanket.

They did tell me late yesterday afternoon that it was still a possibility. 

Currently temperature profiles are quickly changing north to south.  I'm getting a sleet/freezing rain mixed right now in Olive Branch

Yes,  and the zone forecasts are literally saying blizzard.   This might be a once in a lifetime event here.   

I'm obviously hoping they issue the BZW (as a wx nut)  but I do think it could make a huge difference in keeping people home.   That's a big headline to say you're still going to work regardless.
