Looks like BNA/Murfreesboro get the goods with the 3z HRRR.  Notice how the deformation zone fills back in towards the tail end of the run as it transitions.

Moderate freezing rain here in woodlawn. I can tell my road is glazed over here and the trees as well. I am sure roads are getting slick in Montgomery County at this time. ::popcorn:: ::cold:: ::snowman::

WINTER STORM IS DEVELOPING AS EXPECTED WITH LATEST SATELLITE
DATA/OBSERVATIONS INDICATING STRONG LIFT/COOLING OVER WRN/CNTRL AR
INTO NRN LA ASSOCIATED WITH PREVIOUSLY DISCUSSED COLD CORE SYSTEM.
EXPECT INCREASING PRECIPITATION RATES OVER SE AR/NE LA OVERNIGHT
WITH SUFFICIENT COOLING OF THE COLUMN FOR A CHANGEOVER TO SLEET/SNOW
PRIOR TO DAYBREAK. COOLING AND PRECIP TRANSITION WILL SHIFT EAST
THROUGH THE MORNING WHILE GREATEST LIFT GENERALLY HOLDS OVER NRN
PORTIONS OF THE DELTA REGION INTO NORTH CENTRAL MS. THAT IS WHERE
THE CURRENT WINTER STORM WARNING AND WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY ARE IN

Yeah I can tell by looking outside that things are slick. Do you think that CKV is still going to do good on the snow end stormnine. Nashville is going to be okay also I think, at least from what I can tell. ::popcorn:: ::cold:: ::snowman::
