Watches for the entire MEG CWA. I would say less confidence from Jonesboro to Dyersburg northwestward. Cant believe Im saying south of Jonesboro and D'burg for once lol

Yeah, we'll see if LZK lines up.

I'm not giving up all hope until in the morning. I live in se Jonesboro and hoping for at least 3-4 inches of the white stuff. Looks epic for a lot of folks on this board.

The 00Z GFS runs at or just after that time but by 10pm we would have at least the 00Z Nam and the 18Z runs under our belt.   The NAM runs out to 84 hours in 3 hour ranges and the GFS should be about at that range tonight.

You're the best! Thanks.
I keep having flashbacks to those folks stuck for a day in their cars on I-65 in Elizabethtown last year and I'd prefer not to have that experience. But need substantial "proof" to convince the spouse.

Worth mentioning for the curious that all of the snow in the east tn valley in that nam clown falls today. It has no snow from the weekend system except in NE TN. Too much WAA on this side of the state.

NAM looking spot on for today. 4" IMBY northeast of Morristown.

I hope to get to the grocery today before the local mets let on to the potential. I assume there'll be some gutsy calls tonight.
Earth transforms sunlight's visible light energy into infrared light energy, which leaves Earth slowly because it is absorbed by greenhouse gases. When people produce greenhouse gases, energy leaves Earth even more slowly raising Earth's temperature. http://www.howglobalwarmingworks.org/

Based on today's snow totals across the state, which model at 48-72 hrs out was most accurate? NAM?

Not a whole lot of detail in the text of the WSW from OHX... still time to add that.  They just knew they needed to put it out.

Not to nitpik, but seems odd to leave out Wayne, Lawrence, and Giles. Maybe HUN wants them to hold off.
