I think it does the same for that dot just north of Nashville.

Nws saying 3-5" for Franklin and 5-8" for Fairview now...Totals way up from earlier.

Here is the wording from the NWS forecast:

Rain before noon, then rain and snow between noon and 3pm, then snow after 3pm.

Memphis- GFS 4 with sustained winds of 30 mph for several hours; NAM 3 inches sustained winds at 20-25

BNA GFS 0.7(wth) nam 6

His map is actually realistic. 2-4" for Nashville with the 4-6" contour not far away.

Listening to the Nashville discussion on the NWS they act like the border counties will start out as freezing rain and sleet right out of the gate. But they act like things won't really amp up until around 4 or 5 for the NW part of middle tenn. I hope we all a good one this time! We are at 32 in CKV.

Could I get a report on the knoxville area. Getting a lot of conflicting reports. Some saying around an inch some are saying up to 5 inches. What should we expect?
