I believe it's safe to say that the so called Nashville Snowdome has been broken! Here's to more in the future. ::snowman::

Have hit the, at least, 12 hour mark of frozen precip! When I woke up at 1 AM we had freezing rain.

Snow bands are actually coming in from the NW here now. Strong NE flow aloft is still really bringing in the moisture still. Interesting to watch the feature do this. Winds are picking up as well.

I'll say one thing, while we never have been under a super heavy band today it has snowed pretty steady the whole time. ::popcorn:: ::snowman::

Looks like it to me.
Located up on the Highland Rim in the eastern part of Cannon County, where the weather is always more interesting!

We just reached 6" here in Hermitage. I was thinking 6-8" from the models earlier in the week, if it didn't bust. Another heavy band coming in now. It's blowing sideways!  ::lookaround::

I am getting close to 7" here close to Percy Warner Park... This latest band is really putting it down. Radar returns are not doing it justice . If you look at the radar the band has basically comes to a stop, with the back side building faster than it moves east. Amazing......

I'm on the western edge of Bellevue and have 3 1/2". Quite a difference.....
On the banks of the Harpeth

'12-'13: 1.3"
'13-'14: 1.3"

'15-'16: 8.75"
'16-'17: T
1/12/18: 0.9"

All of this has to move east right? Everyone here is getting pretty antsy in East Tn. I live on the NC line and still think we are going to do well. Am I wrong ?
