High non-thunderstorm winds occurring here in E. Memphis.  Power flickering some.

Put on my big snow boots and
I boarded the plane
Touched down in the land of the Delta Blues
In the middle of the freezing rain

Snow up high
Won't you pour down over me
Yeah, I got some accretion
But I'm as blue as a boy can be

Yet ANOTHER debris ball on the storm heading toward Jasper AL. Very strong rotation, confirmed wedge. This thing is looking MEAN.  ::wow::

Looks to me you just got hit by an outflow boundary.

61/57 in BG...yet we are under a SVR T'storm Warning. Just shows that the dynamics are strong and even in this kind of env., we are still getting severe weather.

I am seeing the cells back in west TN getting better organized...

No problem, I will edit my other posts with exact locals.

Thanks, there is a Jasper in several states under the gun, so it is helpful.   8)

My daughter is in storm shelter at her office in Hermitage-Antioch area. Said they won't let them leave because of storms in the area.

Seemed a little too high for advisory criteria...I was somewhat surprised.

Latest image from Nashville...this is close to the radar site, so take with a grain of salt. And this is also an elevated look too.

Well if there is rotation it looks like it is going to track right over campus. Voluntary evacuations to the lower floors of the dorms have been put in place.

Sirens going off in downtown Nashville.  I also have two angry cats in the bathroom.

There was nothing but a light breeze in the West End/Vandy area with this last cell.
