Observation about the radar... there are a couple of decent returns crossing the Alabama border into parts of Lincoln and Franklin Counties. Don't know what if any of it is reaching the ground. But, there could be a couple of flurry bursts (FLITZes) down that way.
That will come up way short of doing any good for the rest of the midstate, unfortunately.
