I would have shared some of our ice with you Clay.  We only have a gazillion branches to pick up this week.  Our school system is on a 2 hr delay tomorrow too. 🥶
Haha, how kind of you! I'll take melting rain over freezing! Snow or bust.

Woke up to nearly an inch of white on everything.  It's still snowing @ 32F.  It's a very wet snow, and it stuck to all the trees, even the leafless deciduous.  Cedars branches are hanging low with the coating.  It's about over, though.  Radar returns are decreasing and dropping south.

Had some snow showers in southern Marshall county earlier. Car tops had a little coating but I couldn't find anything on the roads.

WATE reports many roads snow covered in Sevier and Jefferson County, especially Chestnut Hill area.  My road has a very thick 'n slick coating of slush.

Took some measurements. Got 1.5" here. Can't complain about that on December 10th.  Just wish it had fallen during the day.  A lot more fun watching it happen.  I guess beggars can't be choosers.

Looks like some pretty good snow showers developing in southwestern middle TN.

Snow is really melting and falling out of the trees as we warm to 34.  It's dangerous to be walking in the woods right now between it raining liquid and large clumps of ice and snow.  Some chunks are as big as my arm.  They sound like softballs hitting the roof of the cabin.
That was a very wet snow.  Most of the young cedar trees were bent halfway over to the ground.

Not the heaviest snowfall, but any snowfall is special in the south.
