OHX:
Um 1 to 2 inches would be more than we got yesterday. I like it when they are conservative as we will sometimes get more. Hard sitting there yesterday watching the dry air keep the snow at bay for several hours! 😖

Currently the CMC (mostly SW Tn) NAVGEM and NAM ( especially south of 40) look the best. The Euro is decent and GFS and RGEM (only goes to hour 54 are dry.

;D I was complaining about the GFS raining on our parade, not the thread.  Never the thread.   ::guitar::

Well, MRX tryna buzz kill. Lol. They’re so conservative. Must be going with 8:1 ratios lol.

I hardly read their AFD's anymore during winter.  Their discussions about snow are like listening to this guy.

I’m really hoping for some snow in Chattanooga this round. Anything more than the 6 minutes of flurries we got last night would be great!

0z nam gets the precip going little later on this run. Sw tenn still does best. Areas south maybe looking better than most of us

0z nam looks pretty good for highland rim and plateau.  1-3 inch with highest totals towards Crossville.

It's STILL the NAM, but the eastern TN valley does better than the GOOFS.  If NAM is telling us the truth, Knoxville and areas toward the foothills could expect at least a respectable 2 inches of fluffy snow. NAM, please keep it REAL.

NAM3 only goes out to 60 hours, so we are not seeing the entire picture there. I am fascinated by this setup and I hope it works out for someone. People should hop in the chatroom for the 0z GFS.
AND A LOT CAN CHANGE BETWEEN NOW AND THEN.

I think I'll just stop watching the models until Monday morning.  It's the weekend, after all.   ::ski::

Its ok Susan. They give me grief for the other thread and I'm still digging out.
You did good. There was model consensus of a storm in our area. I was confident someone in west or middle tn at least was going to score when you started it. Congrats on a thread well done! ::guitar:: ::snowman::
