Looks like northern middle is filling in now. Cutoff appears to be northern Williamson and Rutherford. I would say Brentwood over to maybe Smyrna. South of there, welcome to the suck. Did we get dry slotted twice in one day?

How does this always seem to happen! Thought for sure it would of at least held together for some light stuff that was coming across the state a couple of hours ago... at least we avoided the ice and donít have to worry about losing power for the Titans game!!!!! ::blowtorch::

Weather is unpredictable, especially small scale details. Some times you eat the bahr and some times....well some times the bahr eats you.

As for the Titans, you may wish you had lost power after the Pats have their way with them.

Roads here are bad but come tomorrow morning will be some of the worst conditions in quite some time. A layer of sleet before the snow did a lot of damage.

Sorry Nashville this was my fault. I just arrived a few minutes ago, dooming you to not get any snow. Itís 23 and ďsnow drizzleĒ (snizzle?) is falling. It was 61 when I left my house. Nearly a 40 degree drop. Some of the overpasses are getting slick but itís just wet everywhere else. Keeping the windshield de-iced was a pain.

Here in West Franklin, we've transitioned to larger flakes. Grass is almost covered.

Heavy burst of snow just started here in Hermitage. Huge flakes, and itís definitely sticking with this cold ground.

Plenty of low-level moisture to be squeezed out as the cold air arrives.  We even have fog developing here in the calm winds where I live.

Wow...cold front has come in with a bang.  Heavy rain and winds that went from calm to 20 mph gusts. Welcome back, Winter.

The freezing rain then the snow on top of it is making for some highly treacherous roads!
