37F and a wind gusting to near 30mph is not my idea of a good April afternoon. Thankfully, tonight's low is only dropping to 30 (in the valley). That shouldn't do much damage to our greening trees.
I'm ready to take drastic measures to turn out the light of this thread!

We now have light flurries and a good bit of wind in Knoxville. Part of February felt like May and now April feels like February.

36 with snow showers falling here in the foothills. Occasionally, the snow comes down in bursts of greater intensity. We briefly got to 42 just before noon, then temperatures dropped. It's insane cold for April 16th with wind chills deep into the 20's thanks to winds gusting over 20 mph.

Drove over the plateau today. They had a healthy dusting. Quite amazing for April 16th.
