Traffic looks to be picking up here on TNWX. Rain, storms, and projected snow out in fantasyland!

Blocking blocking everywhere - and naturally here come the 10 day fantasy snowstorms.

Seriously though - this pattern has some potential.
Snow lover who moved to a place where it never snows.

I definitely will start checking in much more often now that December is approaching!

I was thinking the same thing. The blocking on models is the best seen in a while. If this was Jan 1 instead of Dec we would really be in business. Near perfect set up looking at GFS

I never thought rain on the roof could sound so good.
Hire the left-handed --- its fun to watch them write.

I only picked up around 3/4 of an inch. But my car sure does look much cleaner this morning. A half mile of gravel for a drive and no real rain for nearly two months...you could barely read my license plate.  ;D  I think I'll swap the other two out of the garage so they can get a car wash tonight. Any chance for hail?  ;)

Going from near 90F to snowfall in a little over a month would be amusing.

The 18z has rain ending as snow/ frozen precip with the next system, and a real close wet snow event after that.

I'm not sharing this as a political post, but just to highlight once again that the South is a natural disaster mecca.
