The storms look pretty strong wind wise on radar near Nashville. Interesting storms for my 25th birthday! :) Hope they dont die before hitting me this time like the other times this week.

If this storm complex over middle TN can hold together, maybe I can get something measureable out of this system. So far just a trace here for the month. The past 3 events where I was forecast to get 1-2"+ have delivered 0.13, 0.70, and just a trace. The drought is real here.
Winter 2009-10 Snowfall: 11.5 in. :)
Winter 2010-11 Snowfall: 15.5 in. :)
Winter 2011-12: Trace
Winter 2012-2013: 0.25 in.
Winter 2013-14: 10.6 (9.5 on 2/12)
Winter 2014-2015:
2/18 - 0.25" snow
2/20 - 1.5" snow, 0.15" ZR
2/24 - 0.5" snow
2/25 - 8" snow :)

Happy birthday me! I was out and recorded the wind blowing trees ect down! :) my dads pissed that i was outside in the open but it was soo cool and the wind only got up honestly imo to maybe 60 tops but its the fact it blew trees and lifted shingles! :) Who wants to see the video?
Ill have to find out how to cut out the end part before i upload. To embarrassing to post that part lol

I can send someone the video and they edit the part from 4 minutes to the end out and post it on here for others to see if you want. Just msg me telling me your willing to do it! :)

Happy birthday Skills. 25-35 is a great decade. Glad you got to have some weather excitement. Mine was December 27th and it was warm enough to have a pool party this year!

Yep. KMEM peaked at 109, KLIT at 110, and I see Searcy peaked at 115. Yikes.

I don't know what we topped out at. We were at 104 at 11 am. I do know we went from a heat index of 105 to about 70 degrees in about 30 seconds when the storm rolled in. That felt good. Did I mention I HATE SUMMER ?

30K without power in Shelby County right now. My house has power, but most of Tutwiler and Rhodes College campus doesn't.

All of you who wished for warmer weather can kiss this fat guys rear.  Daughter blessed me with a horrible summer cold and I am guessing I will now the yard tomorrow and shoot for not dying.

I am praying it's a hot June/cool second half of summer type year this year.
