Ha, the pour salt on the wound, just think - some areas north of Tulsa got even more than that. They had slightly higher totals during the blizzard and then got much heavier totals during the February 9 storm. The band of heavy snow that dumped upward of 2 feet in NW AR stayed slightly north. I bet even parts of Benton County, AR got more than Tulsa did this month. Some areas picked up over 8" in the blizzard and then 20"+ on February 9.
