Very fine sleet falling now.  Severely reducing visibility.

The parent ULL appears to be in Illinois, so the Ohio River southward goes bust more than likely.

This thing has gone north as fast as Lindsay Lohan's career went south.  It's even further north than last night's northward-trending RUC.  However, at the rate this...stuff...is falling outside, and if it continues through 8:30 or so, we might actually end up verifying.

Also you might want to update your comment that says "Winter Time is coming"...

Very good analogy.  I may update to winter time is here, but then in a few weeks it will be spring time is coming.

Finally changed over in nashville. got a nice band of wind driven sleet and small snowflakes and the temp dropped about 3 degrees pretty quickly.

Too little too late though.

On to Monday's storm

I saw a few flakes this morning but they were far and few between. I am focusing on the possibility of snow first of the week, and the big poppa with the big moppa for the mid/end of week time frame.

And to think LZK never put out a WSW.

I think it's interesting how rarely NWS offices get criticized for under forecasting winter storms. (I am not trying to provoke NWS bashing btw). I just think it's a bit funny. Dallas busted horribly. Shreveport didn't have Texarkana under even a WWA at midnight Thursday and they got 7". Meanwhile on the other side of the state we got flurries instead of 1-2". Hehe.
