Do not like the freezing drizzle talk...not only does it cut down snow accum. potential, it will also add a layer of thin ice on top of the snow. :-\

So what parts of Tn are going to get clipped by the clipper?  I know the main brunt will be to our north, so I assume North/Northeast Tn will see most of the snow and/or freezing drizzle/snizzle with it.

Correct, most snow looks to go through southern Indiana/northern KY.

Just looking at radar, is the clipper the mass of snow to our northwest?  It looks as if it is moving northeast.  How will that effect Tennessee? ::snowman::

Also been hearing talk of a major arctic surge into our area sometime next week.  As was stated, ole man winter ain't done with us yet.

This clipper is so strong that it will be able to generate more snow showers and such as it drops ESE through the day. Those will be the ones that will impact us, the snow you see now (the brunt) will indeed miss us off to the north and northeast.

I don't see us getting to many more snow showers down here. To far southwest for the clipper.

If I was you Adam, I wouldn't hold my breath because it may be hard for you to even see flurries from this. At least in my opinion, this will strictly be an I-40 north event. Around .5"-1" in Nashville (at best), " and as you approach the TN/KY border they could see 1"-1.5" if the snow is more robust than advertised. This is my call anyway, others may be completely different.
