23 currently for you is very impressive. You may be the coldest spot in the state outside the Smokies.

I am only down to 25.8 so far and I get pretty great radiational cooling too because I sit in a bowl with much higher mountains on all four sides of me.

Crossville area office can't be beat.  It's the coldest radiational station on Wunderground in TN that I know of.

I know this station reads NC.
