MEG has a winter season review up...
http://www.srh.noaa.gov/images/rtimages/meg/ldad/winter_review.pdf
Included is a CWA-Wide snow total map like the ones they've been doing for individual events. Of note...Memphis's 6 measurable snow days is the most since 1984-85...with the seasonal total the most since 87-88.

I'm impressed they did a write-up. I'll have more to say later, but one thing that jumps out to me is the 5" reading near Sledge, MS (northern Quitman County, near the Panola/Tunica border). I know for a fact they got well over 5".
