Yeah Adam, I'm more than a little ticked about that one.... One more timeout left, what do they do??? Oh lets let JP Prince shoot a prayer when we could let Chism shoot a 100% shot.... Whatever.

Well, they still had that one timeout left.. I understand that they wanted to be heroic and be memorable with a win, but that was just not a needed shot. They could've and should've inbounded the pass, then quickly took the T.O. Then after that, with the 1.5 second remaining, maybe THEN give it to Prince.

I don't doubt that Prince was the right one to get it to, but that shot was just plain ole dumb.

We usually don't mind going OT a little now and then...but quickly getting 4 out of 7 posts in a weather thread unrelated to weather is a bit excessive...so I'll politely ask that any further OT discussion be moved to an appropriate section/topic.

Thanks guys!  :)

My goodness what is up with these sports? Be glad when it's all over.

I dunno. I think it'll be nice to have a 80°F day. Need to get my farmer's tan going for the year so I'm probably gonna make some use of the warm weather alright.

BRING IT!!

I also like the fact that the current trend of the GFS is for a dry weekend. We just might get a nice stretch of warm days in, and nice wx for a holiday weekend.

The last time we hit 80 in Oneida was Sept. 26. MOS says 78 for Friday. Either way, it looks like we'll see our warmest temps here on the northern Plateau since Oct. 10, 2009.

By the way, you have to suspect that with such anomalous warmth this early in the season, when the next cool snap finally does come in with any kind of low pressure system like we've seen lately, that could create a volatile situation.

There'll inevitably be some sort of "dogwood winter" at some point in April with a couple of chilly days.  Just imagine the effects of that crashing into an 80+ degree air mass we'll have in place...

I'm soooo ready for the 80's and sun. Sun all the time is bad, but I'd like to have a full week/weekend of it to savor it.

I'm not a huge fan of 80ºF weather, but if it brings storms I am all for it.
