Ok Ok. I will change the title. Nashvillewx, if models come around even better tonight, and you feel a new title is warranted just let me or someone know and we can change it again.

I just changed it again to "wintry weather chances"... that way, it's ambiguous enough to where it could go either way.  :D

Probably a light event... but, just in case it blows up to something bigger than what is now expected... well, you know how it is.

This is true Thunder. This is a system which could easily blow up into a few nice inches.

Do you all think i could see some decent snow in the the smokeys this weekend. I am leaving in about 6 hrs to go to pitman center for the weekend. every year we go up it seems like we just miss the snow, it would be nice to be there once when the snow came.

Lisa Patton just said "a little snow on the ground before the weekend is over". She will explain in her update coming up.

So what did she say.  I seeing some light snow falling or something frozen. It's not sleet, but like little concentrated balls of snow.

Correct, should look like dippin dots. I spent a lot of winters at Lake Tahoe Skiing/Training. That occurs quite a bit.

I changed the title to include both events, which look to be minor or non-events. If something pops up with more confidence then we can split the thread. Neither threat looks to promising though. But I can guarentee you that NashvilleWx will continue to break all this down as we get closer to both events.
