One thing about the blowtorch, if it's going to happen, I'd rather it happen now, in the Fall, than later on during the Winter.

We could cook in the 80s until December for all I care.  If the winter brings cold and big snows after that, then I'm all for it.  ;D

...not that it really works that way.  ;)

We had frost on our roofs this morning and the yard even had what looked like some patchy, light frost on it.

Interesting to see how cold it'll get tonight. I'm thinking near 40 at my house; some of you will be colder.  ::cold::

Somebody left the heat on in my backyard last night. 49.5 as we speak. it was colder yesterday morning.
Winter 2009-10 Snowfall: 11.5 in. :)
Winter 2010-11 Snowfall: 15.5 in. :)
