Views expressed are my personal views and opinions and should not take the place of official forecasts and warnings issued by the NWS and your local media.

If you click on "N.C.N" on the left-hand side, you'll get to the Northwoods Cam Network which covers parts of Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Michigan.

Just found a really neat site for generating forecast soundings:

http://www.stormchaser.niu.edu/machine/fcstsound.html

I haven't looked around the rest of the site much (http://www.stormchaser.niu.edu/machine/), but this is a nice tool, and much better than changing the date and the station in the url as I had posted before..

You know anything with this disclaimer is gonna be good:
"Surgeon General's Warning: This Page Promotes Meteorological Cancer In Laboratory Forecasters. Use At Your Own Risk!!!!"
Don't knock the weather. If it didn't change once in a while, nine out of ten people couldn't start a conversation.

I am going to try and add more events and news to my West Ky blog.  And also of course weather.  Sadly one of those events is that shooting in the factory in Henderson.
http://westkyweather.blogspot.com/  Blog about weather in West KY and even events and big news.

We need some rain around here.

You can find any moon phase from the 1800's to the 2100's which is pretty cool.  It allows you to bring up by specific date and time zone and it is broken down by every four hours of that day.  I found out the moon would have been nearly full had there not been a blinding snowstorm the day I was born (says so much about me I know  ::rofl:: ).  Interesting anywho, especially for research purposes.
