I have absolutely nothing to offer here!  I have no weather expertise.  I'm just a "snowwisher".  I just find this all very interesting.  When you say there MAY be snow, does that mean all around Nashville as usual?  Nashville seems to have an invisible snow shield above it.  I do have a friend who works for the NWS who seems to think we will see our snow in March.  Was it '68 that it snowed a pretty good snow about March 22nd?

Esp since a lot of times the gulf is wide open in MArch all you need is some of that good ol big last push of arctic air.  Also to help out the chances it is good for everyone to get rid of the winter clothes and start planting your gardens then you need like a forcast of Rain with a high of 35-42 and your set.  Or have a perfect repeat of the SUperstorm of 1993 and that is how you get snow in March and April.

We need some rain around here.

Still looks like post frontal passage and wrap around snow flurries/showers with a maximum snowfall of 1 inch. As long as these lows track to the north of us all we can expect is not much more than an unsatisfying reach...I mean wrap around experience.

Views expressed are my personal views and opinions and should not take the place of official forecasts and warnings issued by the NWS and your local media.

I've seen it happen before... even a couple of inches or more.  It's just been a LONG time since it's happened.

Considering Nashville's TOTAL snowfall for the season is .50... none.

Davidson County has not got much at all. Go west of here and thats a different story. Nothing huge, but more impact out of the events we have had so far.
